Wrecking Crew also removes structural above-grade and below-grade concrete left behind by FEMA contractors. This concrete is left behind because FEMA contractors are typically instructed to remove ash, debris, and concrete as needed to achieve a clean soils test. FEMA contracotrs are typically instructed not to remove below grade footings beyond 24 inches. Many home sites have spread footings and retaining walls which extend down three to six feet below.

Prior to commencing major site work and at the direction and oversight of the homeowner, Wrecking Crew Demolition hand sifts debris in an attempt to locate any personal property that is recoverable and return all found items to the homeowner.

Every Wrecking Crew project is compliant with all federal and local regulations. Upon completion an extensive Final Close-Out Package is provided. The package consists of permit, disposal tickets, waste manifests, asbestos reports, soils test reports, along with the final self-certification document needed for the rebuild process.
