Wrecking Crew also removes structural above-grade and below-grade concrete left behind by FEMA contractors. This concrete is left behind because FEMA contractors are typically instructed to remove ash, debris, and concrete as needed to achieve a clean soils test. FEMA Contractors are typically instructed not to remove below grade footings beyond 24 inches. Many home sites have spread footings and retaining walls which extend down three to six feet below.

Every Wrecking Crew project is compliant with all federal and local regulations. Upon completion an extensive Final Close-Out Package is provided. The package consists of permit, disposal tickets, waste manifests, asbestos reports, soils test reports, along with the final self-certification document needed for the rebuild process.

Wrecking Crew provides quotations for its services free of charge. Wrecking Crew also can also provide an affiliate expert who can assist customers getting the maximum dollar amount needed from Insurance carriers.
